1.5 tbsp Chili powder1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Onion powder0.5 tsp Paprika0.25 tsp Pepper, black1.5 tsp Salt0.25 cup Honey1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil12.0 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice24.0 oz Roundy's Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast0.5 cup Herdez Mild Salsa Verde1.0 tsp Cumin - Ground
Rub chicken with olive oil and placed in slow cooker. Add all of the remaining ingredients on top. Cover and cook on high 2-4 hours, or on low 6-7 hours, or until chicken is tender enough to shred. Shred chicken, cook on low for another 20 minutes. Serve with warm tortillas & toppings of your choice. Examples: lettuce, tomatoes, sliced black olives, sliced avocados, shredded cheese, sour cream.
