2 cups Baby Carrots, Raw 24 oz Swanson Low Sodium Chicken Broth (by LIBRA3408) 1 cup Half and Half Cream 1 tsp Rosemary, dried .5 tsp Ginger, ground 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 1 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia
In a saucepan cover the carrots with water and cook til fork tender, then pour while hot into vitamix or other high speed blender. Add broth and seasonings and blend on high speed til smooth and creamy. Reduce speed to low and add half and half, blending til incorporated. Serve or reheat on low heat, stirring til hot enough. You can also add onion and or garlic powder, a little hot sauce if
you like. I like a dollop of sour cream on top. Enjoy!
