Popovers whole egg

Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 cup Flour, white 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 clove Garlic
Directions
Whisk Eggs, milk, flour melted butter add cheese, herbs and garlic lastly. Evenly distribute batter into 6 ramekins or popover cups that have been oiled w/ spray, butter your choice—bake at 425 degrees 15 minutes to establish oven spring— reduce to 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes to completely cook through and dry out popovers
