2.0 cup Ice Berg lettuce2.0 cup Romaine lettuce serving size 2 cups fresh express hearts of romaine0.2 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)0.25 serving Bolthouse Farms Baby-Cut Carrots (8 carrots)1.0 serving(s) breaded chicken fillet, baked1.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded1.0 serving(s) breaded chicken fillet, baked
Directions
Bake chicken fillets as directed but add Louisiana Red Hot sauce (to taste). Assemble salad and place sliced chicken fillet on top. Add Ranch dressing.
