3 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 0.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder
Grate the zucchini lightly salt and put in strainer till most of the liquid is out.
Mix drained zucchini and all other ingredients.
Put in 1/4 cup mounds on parchment covered cookie sheet.
Flatten out into a 1/8 in thick discs. Should make 6
Bake at 400 for 25 min until golden and crisp.
It will be pliable for folding
