Ingredients
2.0 cup Split Peas0.75 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 large Onions, raw2.0 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat)3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon3 cups water
Directions
Cook veggies until soft, add split peas, water and broth. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes, add ham. Cook until peas are soft.
