4 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 tsp mixed herbs (dried) (by TABSNPICKLES) 1 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
Mix herbs into coconut milk. Put chicken thighs in a dish, sprinkle over finely chopped onion and then pour over herbed coconut milk.
Bake in a moderate over 1 hour. serve with cauli-rice or beans
