Rich n' Tangy Chocolate Bundt

Ingredients
1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup brown sugar½ cup margarine1 large banana, mashed1 cup unfed sourdough starter1 cup skim milk 1 tbsp vanilla3 oz melted bittersweet chocolate½ tsp salt1 ½ tsp baking soda2 cups flour1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F, grease and flour a 10" tube pan.
Cream sugars and margarine until fluffy.
Add mashed banana and beat well.
Mix in starter, milk, vanilla and melted chocolate. Beat two minutes.
Whisk together all the dry ingredients and mix into batter until fully incorporated.
Bake until a tester comes out clean, 50-60 minutes.
Cool in pan before turning out onto a rack.
