Ingredients
271 grams Onions, raw 2 cup Dry Green Lentils (President's Choice Organic) (by AEROBICSAHOLIC) 305 grams Celery, raw 4 serving No Name Chopped Spinach 300 grams, per 1/4 package (75)g 2 cup sprigs Dill weed, fresh 1 tbsp Salt 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 9 tsp Garlic 2 tsp Paprika 6 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula 1 cup Primo Ground Tomato
Directions
soak lentils 2 days, rinse several times. 5 hours no water to sprout.
cook onion and celery in pressure cooker with 1 tbsp oil-- fry
add everything but spinach, tomato yeast and garlic. add them after it is cooked. pressure cook for 20 min.
