Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup *Organic All-Purpose White Flour1/2 cup oat flour 1/2 cup spelt flour 3 tbsp Brown Sugar 3/4 cup nonfat milk2 cups lowfat buttermilk3 Eggs1 1/2 cups Oats 6 tbsp Sunflower Oil 1 tsp Salt 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 3 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour 1/4 cup onto heated griddle. Cook until bubbles start to pop and then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes.

Makes 6-8 servings of 3-4 5 inch pancakes.
