Loaded Potato Beer Cheese Soup

Ingredients
5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 4 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 4 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits 3 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Peel & cube potatoes. Boil in water seasoned with onion powder and garlic powder. Drain 1/2 the water. Add Cream & heat (do not boil!) Add cheese, stir until melted. Add Bacon.
