302 grams banana, mashed1 large egg1 dash of salt3/4 US cup of plain flour1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp psyllium husk
Preheat oven to 180C
Line pan with baking paper
Mix all ingredients except flour, baking powder, and psyllium husk
Sift flour mixture and fold it in
Bake for about 20 min
