8 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Baking Soda 59 gram(s) Eden Organic Dried Cranberries Apple Sweetened (by ELLAUMBRELLA) 4 serving Dried apricots (unsulfured) (organic) (by RATIONALPRIMATE) 59 gram(s) Go Raw 100% Organic Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds 0.25 cup Organic Sesame Seeds, Raw (by FITGIRL410) .25 cup Pistachio Nuts 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving honey (raw, trader joes, organic) (1 tbs)
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt and soda
Stir in dried fruit, seeds and nuts
In a small bowl combine egg and agave
Stir wet ingredients into dry
Use your hands to form dough
Shape dough into a 6 ½ x 6 ½ square that is about ¾" thick
Cut dough into 16 squares
Bake at 350° on a parchment paper lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes
