Nicky's sweet oat cakes

Ingredients
.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 2 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry .5 cup, packed Raisins 6 half Apricots, dried 65 grams Peanut Butter, chunk style 2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Soak dried fruit in boiling water. Mix with dry ingredients. Melt pb and stir in. I melt it on top of some of thenoats in microwave. Liquidise bananas and eggs. Add ? 1 tsp bicarb. Mix into dry ingredients. Add water as necessary.
I Put it into muffin moulds and microwave, usually just under one minute per cake.
Don't eat them all at once!
