Lifesaving Chinese Chicken Soup

Ingredients
6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 5 tsp Better Than Bouillon - Chicken Base (by OXYMORA) 5 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 5 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 3 tsp Bragg Liquid Amino Acids (by JENMOLO77) 10 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Add bouillon, ginger, and celery to water. Add whole chicken breast and poach gently till chicken is done. Remove from broth, let cool and shred, return to pot. Add pepper and Bragg's to taste. Top with green onions.
