Vegan Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup Soy Milk 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.25 cup Oats, Quaker 0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 cup, without pits Red Sour Cherries
Directions
Add the flour, baking powder and some lime / lemon juice; add the sugar and mix well. Add soy milk, mix well. Add some cinnamon if you wish plus a bit of oil. Mix well. Add in the mold and on top add 2 sour cherries on each muffin.
Bake for 20-40 min at medium heat.
