Ingredients
12 slices Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon2 lbs Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef1/2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A2 clove Garlic, minced2/3 cup chopped Fresh Chives1.0 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Using a 12-muffin pan, line cups with bacon. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic, chives, milk, and pepper well. Fill the bacon-lined muffin tin with the meatloaf mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
