.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) .5 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup Cauliflower, raw 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1.5 cup CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, Fat Free, canned (by HEALTHYLIVN4ME) 8 oz Noodles, japanese, somen, dry 1 tbsp Fish Sauce 2 tbsp Furikake (by ISLANDGIRL77) 8 oz Alaskan King Crab 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 20 cubes Croutons, seasoned
Sauté mushrooms in butter. Remove from pan. Add onion, celery, peppers, and cauliflower-sauté 5 mins. Add broth and milk, bring to boil-add noodles, furikake and fish sauce. Cook 5 mins. Remove from heat. Stir in crab and serve. Garnish with crouton and Parmesan cheese.
