Riced Mexican Cauliflower

Ingredients
2.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)2.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.0 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh1.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano4.0 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning250.0 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken100.0 grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
Cook chicken in pan with minced garlic and spices. Then add veggies adding zuchini last untill done. Season with taco seasoning at end. I like to add diced jalepeno also. Serving Size: 10
