Fried Red Cabbage with Garlic

800 grams Cabbage, red, fresh 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 2 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar salt and pepper to taste
1. Saute garlic in sesame oil on medium heat. Once garlic has browned, removed from pan and set aside.
2. Fry cabbage in the garlic-infused oil until desired texture is reached. Add garlic back in and season with soy sauce, vinegar, and salt and pepper
3. If desired, top with sesame seeds, pickled vegetables, seaweed, or other add-ins. (Shown served with a boiled egg, dumplings, beni-shoga, furikake, and carrots)
