1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 1.25 tbsp Butter, salted .33 tbsp Sour Cream 0.25 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium .06 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Melt butter in a ceramic or glass bowl. (mine was about 6 inches)
Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk together until combined.
Cook in microwave for 90 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and allow to cool for a minute or two.
Cut bread in half like a bun (each side will be thin).
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet and cook 90-Second Bread on each side until crisp.
Serving Size: 1
