crustless quiche with pappers

Ingredients
10 oz Tofu, Extra Firm, Nasoya 2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic .50 cup Whole Wheat Flour .50 cup Soy Milk 2 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g) .50 tsp Baking Soda 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 4 serving Green Chilli (by CMALESSA)
Directions
1. Add tofu, soy milk, baking soda, and flour in your food processor. Blend until smooth,
2. Place the composition into a large bowl. Add all the rest of the ingredients, except peppers.
3. Grease a 9 inch tart pan with some oil.
4. Add the composition to the pan. Spread it evenly.
5. Add sliced peppers on top.
6. Bake in oven at 375 F for about 50 minutes.
