Ingredients
2.5 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 1.33 cup BOBS RED MILL DARK RYE FLOUR (by JOED51) 3 tsp Sugar In The Raw .25 cup Potato flour 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Mix dry then wet, rise 1-2 hours in bowl, form in loaf and put in loaf pan then tent and let rise 1- 2 hours. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes then tent and bake 20 more minutes.
