Directions
3.0 oz Meat, Ham Harper's Country Cured Ham Pieces3.0 serving Swaggerty's Mild Country Sausage Patties9.0 serving Egg, Kroger Large Grade A1.0 cup Cheese: Mexican Style Blend/4 Cheeses (Kroger)4.0 oz Kroger whole milk vitamin D2.0 cup Spinach, fresh
Cook your ham and your sausage separately and place on paper towels to drain and cool. In a large bowl mixed together your eggs, milk, and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. When meat mixture is cooled add it to your egg mixture and stir. I chopped the spinach and add it to the mixture last. Pour into large muffin tins. Bake on 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs sit. I like mine firm. Please feel free to substitute bacon or any other meat for the ham. It was what I had in the refrigerator at the time.
