Bills Black bean, black rice, onion recipe

430 grams Brown Rice, long grain 225 grams Beans, black 194 grams Onions, raw 14 grams Garlic 24 grams Coconut Oil 7 grams cumin2 grams black pepper.
Bring to boil then simmer 2 cups water or vegetable broth, 1 cup black Rice, pinch of salt and 12 grams oil , for 30 min
take off stove, let stand 10 min covered.
sauté chopped onion and garlic, lightly in 12g oil.
Drain and wash canned organic black beans,
combine all ingredients when ready.
adding cumin (for preventing gas).
Serve with vegetables of choice.
