1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 3 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) 41 gram(s) Pepperidge Farm puff pastry dough 1 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 1 serving Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim, Kroger (shredded, 1/4 cup) 4 oz Ground Beef (lean)
Core tomato and cut into 1/4" dice. Stem and seed jalapeno, mince. Mince garlic, cooked ground beef. Place each pastry square in muffin tin ( 4 cups). Slightly lift and press dough into cups. Make ping pong ball sized foil balled and place i in each dough cup Bake at 425 for 8-10 mins. While cups cook mix all ingredients, in pan until warmed. Add beef mixture to pastry cups and top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts about 8-10 mins more. Rest 2-3 mins then carefully remove from tin.
