2 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Ginger, ground .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 dash Salt 1.50 tsp Vanilla Extract .33 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp Molasses 8 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted .66 cup, packed Raisins, golden seedless 5.33 tbsp Almonds - sliced
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix sugar and spices in small pan and then stir in wet ingredients.
Mix oats and almonds in big bowl, then pour wet onto dry, mixing as you do.
Spread out on greased cookie pan. Bake for 30 minutes total, stirring every 10 minutes.
When browned, remove back to bowl and mix in raisins.
Cool and store in sealed container.
