Whole Wheat Bread -No knead, Low fat

Ingredients
1 serving 2 1/4 Tsp. (1 packet) active Dry Yeast (by TLHAGEN) .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Salt - Iodized Sea Salt (by HIATTP) 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 2.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour .25 tsp Baking Soda .3 tbsp Alber's Yellow Corn Meal
Directions
Mix yeast in warm water and sugar; let stand five minutes. When yeast is softened, add salt and milk. Stir in one cup flour to which baking soda has been added. Beat well for two minutes. Stir in rest of flour to make stiff batter. Spoon into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray and sprinkled with corn meal. Sprinkle top with corn meal. Cover; let rise in warm place for 45 minutes, or until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
