Texas Tacos

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey (chicken or beef can also be used)1 onion, choppedsalsagrated cheeseflour tortillas or other flavor, if desiredolive oil
Directions
Saute onion, then add poultry and salsa. (If using hamburger, cook onion and beef together. Drain grease.)
Spread thin coat of olive oil on outside of tortilla.
Fill 1/2 with meat - salsa mixture, sprinkle cheese; fold in half.
Place on baking sheet. Fill each tortilla.
Put into preheated 350 degree oven. Bake on one side about 10 minutes, flip and bake another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
