Stewed Gizzards

Ingredients
3 cup Gizzard, Chicken (boiled) 1 serving Food Club Diced Tomatoes Mexican Style with jalapeno peppers and spices (14.5oz = 3.5 servings) (by SHAUNDELL) 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tbsp Curry powder 3 dash Pepper, black .5 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend 4 dash Salt .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Clean and cut up 1 package of chicken gizzards into pieces.
place gizzards in a pot with enough water to cover gizzards.
add onions, garlic, and all other seasonings.
Cook until gizzards are tender.
Add can of diced tomatoes, bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer another 30 minutes.
