Ingredients
5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Broccoli, cooked 3 cup Coconut Milk (Silk) 8 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 3 cup Leeks 2. cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin
Directions
Fry onions, leeks, potato, add coconut milk, broth and broccoli. Use immersion blender until consistency achieved.
