Ingredients
Uncle Ben’s Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cupsPrepared (1/2 Cup Dry) *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz Ground beef, lean, 16 oz Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .1/4cup Egg, fresh, 1 large *Ragu Light - Tomato & Basil, 3 cup Onions, raw, .1/4 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 Peppers halfed and Cleaned
Directions
Cook Rice as Directed

Mix In Large Mixing Bowl Turkey, Beef, Egg, Bread Crumbs, Lea & Perrins, Onions, Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning(Optional) , and Rice.

Lightly Stuff Cleaned Peppers with Mixture. If you have extra try stuffing some mushroom caps, or making meat balls.

Place in greased 13 by 9 baking dish cover with Ragu, Sauce.

Bake at 375 for 60min or until done
