4 serving Nasoya Won Ton Wraps 8 wrappers=60g (by WOMACKFAM5) 1 cup, shredded Cabbage, red, fresh 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 clove Garlic 1 tsp Ginger Root 1 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 1 1tsp Sesame Oil 4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Ginger Root 4 cup Vegetable Stock - Wolfgang Puck Hearty Stock (by KNDJP21) 1 cup Spinach, fresh
Directions
wonton filling:
in food processor, pulse cabbage, 2 cloves garlic, ginger ,soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onion.
place 1 teaspoon of filling in the middle of each wonton wrapper., dip your finger in a little water and moisten the edges of the wrapper. Fold, gently press edges together. moisten outer edge again and shape and press into a fortune cookie shape.
For the Soup:
bring vegetable stock, 1 crushed garlic clove, and grated ginger, to a boil. drop wontons into boiling stock, reduce heat and simmer for 4 min. add spinach and continue to simmer for another 1 min.
