Chicken & Broccoli Divan

Ingredients
* 2 cups cubed cooked chicken* 3 cups hot cooked broccoli spears* 1 can Campbell's Low Fat Cream of Broccoli Soup. * 1/3 cup milk. * 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese* 3 tbsp bread crumbs* 1 tbsp melted margarine.
Directions
1. Combine chicken with veggies in a shallow 2qt baking dish.
2. Stir in soup and milk.
3. Sprinkle with cheese, then crumb topping. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until bubbly hot.

    We use this recipe as well. We usually cheat and use frozen broccoli. We also usually skip the butter and breadcrumbs and use French's French Fried Onions as a topper. Delish! - 3/7/12

    I like this recipe from the soup can label also. Substitute skim milk and 2% cheese to lower the fat and calories some more. Also, I use fresh broccoli and do not pre-cook it. This is also a good way to use up leftover turkey. Nice way to eat those veggies. - 1/12/09
