Mom's Tuna Crescents

Ingredients
2 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, diced Celery, raw .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.5 cup Fit & Active Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup (by ICAN-DOTHIS) .5 cup Colby & Monterey Jack Finely Shredded Cheese (Happy Farms - Aldi) 8 serving Crescent Roll - Reduced Fat (1 roll)
Directions
Finely dice onion, celery and carrots. Add in cheese and soup. Place into center of each crescent roll and wrap edges around. Place in 9x 3 casserole dish and bake at 350 for 20-25 min
