Ingredients
1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Salt1.0 cup corn meal2.0 cup boiling water1.0 cup cold milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Butter a baking dish. Add boiling water to corn meal and salt combo. Cool (room temp) Add milk. Add eggs one at a time, mix well after each addition. Bake 25-30 minutes (or till golden brown) Serve with butter and salt to taste. Serving Size: 8
