300 gram (Veg) Courgette 60 grams Celery, raw 0.25 cup Liberty Greek non fat Yoghurt lactose free (by CAROLFAGUY) .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 tsp French's Hearty Deli Brown Mustard 50 gram cheddar Hawkes Bay 50 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated .5 1tsp Olive Oil 170 gram(s) Sainsburys White Crab Meat Tinned (by BOWRINGC)
Wash zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, sprinkle with salt and leave 1 hr. Dry with paper towel and lightly rub with oil. Put on parchment paper and cook 225 Fan for 12 mins, use paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Chop celery and pepper finely.
Combine all ingredients.
Spoon into zuccini shell and bake about 20 mins until golden and bubbling.
