Cheerios cookies with almost no fat

Ingredients
1 cup sugar3/4 cup canned pumpkin1/4 cup water1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup egg substitute1 1/2 cup flour1 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1 cup oats or multigrain hot cereal4 cups cheeriosAny one or two of following:1 cup raisins, craisins, or dates6 oz. chocolate chips1 cup coconut1/2 cup peanut butter
Directions
Combine sugar, water, egg, vanilla and pumpkin. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets. Cook at 375 degrees for 9-12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen or more.
