Ingredients
0.5 tsp Salt1.0 tbsp Cider Vinegar1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup Tomato Sauce1.0 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat) Ground Beef (extra lean)0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 tbsp Beans, red kidney1.5 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1.0 serving Crackers, Nabisco Premium Oyster Crackers (22 crackers)0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)1.0 tsp garlic minced1.0 tbsp chili powder1.0 tsp Cinnamon-ground1.0 tsp Cumin-ground1.0 tbsp Worctestershire sauce16.0 oz pasta-spaghetti cooked1.0 oz cheddar cheese-shredded
Directions
In a large frying pan over medium heat, saute onion,ground beef, garlic and chili powder till ground beef is slightly cooked. Add cinnamon, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, unsweetened cocoa, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, and water. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered for 1.5 hours. Remove from heat. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and transfer onto individual serving plates. Ladle chili over spaghetti and serve with toppings of your choice. Serving Size: 1 cup
