Creamy Asparagus on Toast

Ingredients
226 grams Asparagus, fresh 1 large Hard Boiled Egg .5 stick Butter, salted .125 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A .50 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 slice, thin (3-3/4" x 5" x 3/8 Bread, whole wheat (including toast) prepared from recipe
Directions
Boil asparagus for 5 minutes in just enough water to cover in a skillet. Drain and put in greased 8x8 baking pan. Cut hard boiled egg over asparagus. In a saucepan melt butter and then slowly add flour and milk and cheese. Stir until bubbling and continue stirring for another 3 minutes. Pour over asparagus and eggs. Bake in a 375 Degree oven for 15 minutes. Pour over toast and enjoy.
