Ingredients
.66 cup Granulated Sugar 3 oz Sugar Free Organic Apple Sauce (by PEGGYSTILLHERE) 1 serving Egg white, large 2 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 1.75 cup Flour, Martha White Self-Rising (by JEN2B6) .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 °F. Mash banana in large bowl. Blend together with wet ingredients and sugar. Add flour and cinnamon. Using muffin cups or nonstick spray, makes about 15 muffins. Bake 20-30 minutes, until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
