Ingredients
8 oz Swiss Cheese, Boar's Head Baby Swiss 8 oz Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth (by DUBANDIT) 3 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN) .125 cup Corn Starch 3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 1 oz Cherry Brandy (by TRYCYCLE) .5 tsp Mustard Powder, Dried Spice - 1 tsp ggg (by MG7_FIT) .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground 8 oz *Boar's Head Lacey Swiss Cheese
Directions
Grate Cheeses and toss with Corn Starch.

Bring Vermouth & Lemon juice to a simmer. Slowly add cheese stirring constantly until melted and smooth.

Off heat add brandy, mustard powder and nutmeg.
