Mama's Zucchini Lasagna

Ingredients
4.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.5 cup parmasean cheese2.0 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce16.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck1.0 cup Zucchini - Steamed or raw1.0 cup Kroger Cottage Cheese- Small Curd 4% milkfat
Directions
slice, salt & drain zucchini. Brown ground beef. Add 1 tsp. each of basil, oregano, onion powder & garlic powder. Add tomato sauce. Salt to taste. In bowl combine cottage cheese, parm cheese & 1/2 the mozzarella cheese. Layer in pan. Sauce, zucchini, sauce, cheese mixture, zucchini, sauce, cheese mixture. Bake 40 minutes, covered. Uncover, top with mozz. cheese & bake 15 more minutes to brown cheese. Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
