Ginger Beer

Ingredients
2 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 1 medium ginger root 6 peppercorns3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice2 cup, water
Directions
grate ginger. add grated ginger, and other ingredients to small pot , stir, and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let sit for 1 hour. strain and bottle.
To serve: mix 1 oz of syrup with 8 oz carbonated or regular cold water. Enjoy!
