Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients
Number of Servings: 12serving = 1/2 c. scoop * Heavy Whipping Cream, 1.00 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) * Milk, 2%, 2.00 cup * Granulated Sugar, 0.75 cup * 365 Organic Dark Chocolate Chips, 4.00 ozmust add 1.5 tsp mint extract.
Directions
Heat milk to room temp and still in sugar till dissolved. Add cream and mint extract. Add to ice cream maker, and add choc chips in final few minutes of ice cream maker mixing.
