1 tsp, Bay Leaf 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Thyme, ground 1 # (454g) Ham, regular (11% fat) 1 cup, chopped Celery4 clove Garlic chopped 2 cup, chopped Onion0.50 cup Parsley 2 cup Water 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 T Chicken Bullion concentrate,1 tsp l Creole Seasoning (I used Jerk seasoning) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 28 oz can Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 1.33 cup Long Grain Enriched White Rice, 180 grams cooked Shrimp, thawed, tails removed
Cook vegetables in hot oil on saute mode until starting to get soft. Add ham and heat through.
Add the remaining ingredients and put on rice mode. Cook until done.
Add shrimp and stir.
Let sit for about 5 minutes until shrimp heat through
Add parsley and green onion for garnish.
