Ingredients
32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 4 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz) 56 gram(s) Cheese, Frigo Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1/2cup) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 Tablespoons Minced dry onions2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning1 Teaspoon Onion powderSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat Oven 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together
Roll meat into loose balls
Place on cookie sheets / or in muffin tins
Bake approx. 20 - 25 minutes
