Tuna Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 cans Tuna (7oz canned in water)3 tbsp homemade mayo or avocado mayo3 medium Portabella Mushroom caps3 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon MustardSpices to taste
Directions
Clean and de-stem the mushroom caps, and place them on a baking sheet (make sure it has a lip - they do let off water as they cook).

Mix up the tuna, mayo, mustard, and spices, then stuff it into the caps. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are softening and the tuna salad is warm through.

Serve as is, or with a topping of cheese!
