Ingredients
3 medium Zucchini, baby .5 cup Leeks 6 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 2 clove Garlic .5 tbsp Basil
Directions
Saute leeks, tomatoes and garlic in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Smash tomatoes as they cook. Add zoodles, salt to taste and basil. Cook for another 5 minutes.
