chicken, ranch, celery, mayo
Boil chicken w/ butter [could leave this out or use a little less] salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
Let chicken cool and shred. While chicken cooking, chop celery [diced]. Mix with mayo, ranch, and chicken - salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate - serve over salad or in a pita - so good!
